Concorde B is owned by the Concorde B Group, LLC and currently stands at Hunter's Bluff Farm.  The elasticity of his gaits, excellent balance and athleticism makes him a great choice for hunters, jumpers or dressage.  He is a more modern warmblood type, lighter in frame, but with enough bone and substance for any mare.  Concorde B's excellent mind and willing temperament make him a pleasure to handle and train.

The BWP Judges' Comments:  Concorde B descends from the renowned KWPN stud Concorde, out of a mother of Eros. Concorde B has a nice appealing exterior with a neat “closed build”. He jumps with fine use of his back and always in the same calm manner. The stud has tremendous presence.

Stud fee $1000, includes $200 book fee.  Collection fee is $300 (includes shipping).  Shipping is the mare owner's expense.  Please contact ronda@risingstarfarm.net or 512-751-2390 for information.  *EVA Negative*

Concorde B is by the ‘preferent’ Dutch stallion Olympic Concorde who is by the famous, “keur” and “preferent” stallion Voltaire. His dam, the ‘prestatie’ mare Flyer, is by the legendary Marco Polo, one of the most influential Dutch stallions in breeding and jumping mares with representatives such as Irco Polo, Pybalia, Marius, Orpheus, Mr LA, Pierrot and Recruut. She is related to the international jumper Vivaldi, who under Melanie Smith, was speed horse of the Year in 1980. Flyer also produced at least 6 (inter)national jumpers. Olympic Concorde was the spectacular winner of the 1990 National Stallion Champions. As an international showjumper with Jos Lansink, they won the Grand Prix of Nordrhein-Westfalen at Aken, became Champions of the Netherlands in 1994, were placed 2nd in the Grand Prix of Amsterdam, 2nd in Darmstadt, 2nd in Lanaken, 2nd in Helsinki and 2nd in Gothenburg.

The last three years, Olympic Concorde was the sire with the most offspring at the World Breeding Championships for young horses. In the year 2001 he was the youngest stallion ever to be awarded "preferent", due to his endless list of national and international offspring. In 2002, Olympic Concorde was the number one producer of show jumpers by money won in the US with his offspring earning nearly $200,000 in 2002 on the American show jumping circuit.  That same year, his sire, Voltaire was named the number one hunter producer in the US.  In 2003 Olympic Concorde was named Horse of the Year in Holland and was the leading jumping sire in the US. He is also listed in the top ten for show jumper stallions world wide. Over the past decade Concorde has produced over 100 offspring competing nationally and internationally at 1.40-1.60.  His offspring Audi's Jikke, Kathja, Conquest II, Larino, Viktor, Isabella and Marius Claudius, proved themselves at the very top at Grand Prix level (1.60 m.). In the Grand Prix of Rotterdam, 3 of the top 8 had Olympic Concorde to thank as their sire and at the international horseshow of Maastricht, he had 11 offspring in the international finals.

Concorde B’s dam, Treasure B, is by Eros, a Belgian import from the world-class Hanoverian lines of Duft II and Fling. He is by the remarkable thoroughbred sire, Alcanar xx whose name can be found in the pedigree of international stars and breeding stallions across Europe. His grandsire, Flugel van la Roche, is the foundation sire of the modern Belgian Warmblood. Eros' bloodlines are internationally recognized for producing top-notch jumpers and dressage horses.  His dam is also a national show jumping champion.

Concorde B was bred by Bannockburn Farm LLC.
